Good to know

For orders under 1,000 euros in Ile-de-France, a delivery fee of 149 euros applies.

Deliveries to Corsica and French overseas territories are not currently available. Contact us for a personalised quote.

Lead Times

Your joinery is manufactured to order. Here is the typical timeline for your order:

Order confirmation

Technical verification of your dimensions and specifications. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Manufacturing: 3 to 5 weeks

Your joinery is manufactured to your exact specifications. A tracking email is sent at each stage.

Dispatch and delivery: 1 week

Once manufacturing is complete, your products are carefully packaged and dispatched. Our team contacts you 48 hours before delivery to arrange a time slot.

Installation (optional)

If you chose installation by an RGE-certified installer, an appointment is arranged within days of delivery.

Order Tracking

Track your order in real time from your customer account:

Confirmation email with your order number
Email notifications at each stage (manufacturing, dispatch, delivery)
Tracking link from the carrier upon dispatch
48-hour advance contact to confirm your delivery slot

Reception and Inspection

When receiving your order, we recommend that you:

Inspect the packaging before signing the delivery note. If there is visible damage, note your reservations in writing on the carrier's form.
Check the dimensions and number of parcels against your order confirmation.
Report any issues within 48 hours by email to sav@menuiserie-surmesure.fr with photographs.

Important

Store your joinery flat, in a dry place protected from the elements, until installation. Do not remove protective films until fitting.

Returns

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, made-to-measure products are not subject to the right of withdrawal. For more information, see our legal page.

In the case of a defective or non-conforming product, contact our after-sales service within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
