2. Terms of Sale
2.1 Purpose
These general terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between TECH Menuiserie SAS and any customer placing an order on the menuiserie-surmesure.fr website.
2.2 Products
TECH Menuiserie sells custom windows and doors in PVC, aluminum and wood-aluminum. Each product is manufactured according to specifications provided during configuration.
Photographs and visuals presented on the site are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor differences may exist with the delivered product.
2.3 Prices
- Prices shown are in euros (€) and include VAT at the current rate (20%)
- Delivery costs are indicated separately during the order process
- Prices may change at any time, but orders are invoiced at the price in effect at time of validation
2.4 Order and Payment
The order is validated after:
- Complete product configuration in our online configurator
- Validation of cart and delivery information
- Acceptance of these Terms of Sale
- Full payment or 30% deposit
Accepted payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, 3x interest-free payment.
2.5 Manufacturing and Delivery Times
- Manufacturing time: 3 to 5 weeks depending on product and season
- Paris delivery: Free for orders over €1,000
- Ile-de-France delivery: €79
- Metropolitan France delivery: On quote
2.6 Warranties
- Legal conformity warranty: 2 years
- Hidden defects warranty: as per French Civil Code
- Manufacturer warranty: 10 years on PVC and aluminum profiles
- Glazing warranty: 5 years
2.7 Installation
Installation by our certified RGE partners is optional (+€150/window). It includes:
- Removal of old joinery
- Installation of new window with sealing
- Disposal of old frames
- RGE certificate for energy renovation subsidies
3. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
3.1 Data Controller
TECH Menuiserie SAS, represented by its manager, is responsible for processing personal data collected on this site.
3.2 Data Collected
We collect the following data:
- Identification data: name, email, phone, address
- Order data: order history, configurations, preferences

5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1 Withdrawal Period
You have a 14-day period from receipt of products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
5.2 Exception for Custom Products
Important: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Custom windows and doors ordered through our configurator fall into this category. No withdrawal is possible once production has started.
5.3 How to Exercise
If your order only includes standard products (accessories, handles), you can exercise your right of withdrawal:

5.4 Refund
In case of valid withdrawal, refund will be made within 14 days of receiving returned products, using the same payment method used for the order.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
