Manufacturing takes 3 to 5 weeks depending on the product and period. Allow approximately 1 additional week for delivery. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Modifications are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Beyond that, as manufacturing has begun, changes are no longer possible. Contact us quickly by email or phone if you need to make changes.

We deliver throughout metropolitan France. Paris and Ile-de-France benefit from free delivery for orders over 1,000 euros. The rest of metropolitan France is served for a flat delivery fee of 149 euros.

After manufacturing (3 to 5 weeks), delivery takes approximately 1 week. Our team will contact you 48 hours before to confirm the delivery slot. You will also receive an email with a tracking link.

Yes, delivery is free in Paris and Ile-de-France for orders over 1,000 euros. For smaller orders or deliveries outside Ile-de-France, a flat fee of 149 euros applies.

Yes, we offer installation by RGE-certified professionals from 150 euros per window. The service includes:

• Removal of existing joinery
• Fitting of new window with full sealing
• Disposal of old frames
• RGE certificate delivery

Yes, all our partner installers are RGE-certified (Reconnu Garant de l'Environnement). This certification is required to benefit from French energy renovation grants such as MaPrimeRenov'.

Yes, if you opt for installation by one of our RGE-certified installers. After fitting, we provide you with the RGE certificate and detailed invoice needed to apply on maprimerenov.gouv.fr. The grant ranges from 40 to 100 euros per window depending on your income.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Interest-free payment in 3 instalments

Yes, we offer interest-free payment in 3 instalments for all orders. The first third is charged at the time of order, the second when manufacturing begins, and the third at delivery.

Yes, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required when confirming your order. The balance is due before delivery. If paying in 3 instalments, the first instalment serves as the deposit.

Our products benefit from several levels of warranty:

• Legal warranty: 2 years
• Manufacturer warranty on profiles: 10 years (PVC and aluminium)
• Glazing warranty: 5 years
• Installation warranty: 2 years (if installed by our RGE-certified team)

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, sealing issues, abnormal profile discolouration, opening mechanism failures, and insulating glass seal failure. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

Under French consumer law (Article L221-18), you generally have a 14-day withdrawal period. However, an important exception applies to made-to-measure products.

No. Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications. Custom windows and doors ordered through our configurator fall into this category. No withdrawal is possible once the order has entered manufacturing.

For standard accessories (handles, standard-size mosquito nets), the 14-day withdrawal period applies normally.
